Return and Exchange Policy

It is our mission to provide each and every customer with the best value and service that we can. We conduct extensive research on every item we sell to ensure high quality products. If you are ever less than satisfied with an item, please contact us by email or phone within 30 days of when the item was shipped to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will allow us to properly track your return. Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with your personalized RMA instructions. This will explain how and where to ship the item. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Please allow up to 5 business days once we receive your return to process the transaction. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs for your return. If you ship a return to us without an authorized RMA number on the package, it will be refused at the time of delivery.


Defective Items

If an item you receive is defective, you must contact us within our 30 day return timeframe. We will immediately ship a replacement item to you and we will either send you a return label through email or include a self-addressed return label with the replacement product. Unfortunately, there will be a charge issued for the replacement product. However, we will issue you a full refund once we receive the returned defective item (including all original parts and packaging). If for any reason you do not want a replacement for the defective item, you must assume full responsibility for the return shipping costs on the item. When we test the returned item, if it is found not to be defective, the customer takes full responsibility for the added shipping costs, in addition to a restocking fee of 15-25%.

 

Erroneously Shipped Items

In the case that you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to ensure proper handling of your claim. You will need to complete a support ticket with as many details as possible about the original order and the incorrect item received. We will send you the originally ordered item. We will also send you a return label either through email or included in the new shipment. You must use this label to send back the erroneously shipped item (with all original packaging). If, upon receipt of the item by us, it is found to match the item that was originally ordered, we will charge a 15% restocking fee, as well as any related shipping costs, to the customer.

 

All Other Returns

 For any other returns or exchanges, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The items must be returned with all of the original parts, packaging, and documentation, and must be in brand-new condition. Based on our evaluation of the item(s), including the condition, contents, and packaging, we reserve the right to charge a 15%-25% restocking fee. If there are any missing or damaged parts, additional charges may apply. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, you may place an new order on our website for the new item you would like to buy.


Air Filters

 Air filters are not returnable if removed from their original packaging (due to the non-reusable nature of these products).

 

Manufacturer's Warranty

 All products on AirPurifierSource.com are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty included. Please review the information included with your item for the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Every products warranty period may vary according to the manufacturer and/or product.

 

On Sale/Clearance Items

 All items termed "on sale" or "clearance" are final sale and may not be returned.
